  • Q Term of payment?

    A
    For a new customer we require 30% deposit,the balance 70% before shipment.
    For a reliable big customer we can accept OA.

  • Q Warranty time?

    A Commonly 1 year for the whole door,spare parts are different warranty time.

  • Q LEAD time?

    A Commonly 20-30 days except Chinese Spring Holiday period.

  • Q What's the package method?

    A Seaworthy Wooden Case filled in EPE Foam,NOT NEED fumigation.

  • Q Can i have a sample for approval?

    A Sure,it's necessary.But the sample with high production and packing cost,so the sample and freight cost are under buyer's.

  • Q Can you provide OEM service?

    A Yes,we can supply not only OEM service according to buyer's drawing,but also glass door solutions.
